What the role involves

• Delivering expert mortgage advice to clients, ensuring good outcomes in line with FCA rules and company standards.
• Agree and implement a business development plan with your Supervisor to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and other stakeholders within your designated area.
• Provide bespoke recommendations and solutions.
• Ensure all advice and recommendations comply with FCA regulations and company compliance procedures.

Skills and requirements

• Maintain required qualifications to act as a Registered Mortgage Adviser.
• Must hold the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
