MRP Controller
MRP Controller focuses on maintain the mrp (sap) system to generate accurate material plans, initial support with backlog of unauthorised components.
What the role involves
- Maintain the MRP (SAP) system to generate accurate material plans, Initial support with backlog of unauthorised components.
- Responsible for the conversion of clean planned orders into production orders within relevant opening periods.
- Responsible for expedition of incoming material to ensure orders converted on time and supporting risk aversion or providing effective communication for materials that will possibl.
- Rollout and management of MRP exception reports.
- Ability to gather information about requirements, objectives, and constraints, this will lead to the development and reporting of relative KPIs within the scheduling function.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in particular MRP Schedulers and Project Management teams.
Skills and requirements
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Computer literate with use of Microsoft Office and advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or related field.
- Experience in MRP, material planning, or supply chain.
