Skills and requirements

• 1.C&G Lv 3 or equivalent, having completed a relevant apprenticeship within your trade.
• 2.Hold a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a building maintenance role, particularly in relation to.
• 6.Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card.
• 1.Experience in planned & reactive maintenance.

Confirmed role details

• Mon-Fri, 40 hours.
• Permanent, Full Time.
• Be suitably experienced in the delivery of all aspects of electrical installation works from light commercial installations to large industrial installations.
• Work either as part of a maintenance team for larger installations under the instruction of a local site supervisor or work independently on minor works projects without local supe.
