Multi-skilled Engineer focuses on a wide range of mechanical and electrical repairs as directed by supervisor or deputy.

What the role involves

• A wide range of mechanical and electrical repairs as directed by Supervisor or deputy.
• Undertaking routine maintenance (PPM) of electrical/mechanical service systems.
• Fault finding on electrical and mechanical equipment and associated control gear.
• To undertake further training as and when required.
• To work within the Estates Department Health & Safety policies.
• Pass on knowledge to apprentices, assistants and work experience students.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.

• £28000 - £45000 per annum + see advert.
• Multi-skilled Shift Engineer.
• Offering £28,000 - £31,000 per year (£40,000- £45,000 inclusive of shift allowance and overtime payments).
• As the Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will be required to work in workshops, plant rooms, service ducts and equipment enclosures.
