• Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.

Skills and requirements

• Qualified at a City & Guilds level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration/HVAC, along with Commercial Gas tickets with experience within a maintenance.
• Able to carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Develop skills while delivering high-quality facilities management services.

Confirmed role details

• 40 hours per week.
• Manchester including Stockport, Trafford, Bolton and Warrington (Applicant should be located within 30 mins from Manchester City Centre).
• Repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores in Manchester.
• We're looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC and Commercial Gas bias who will maintain.
