What the role involves

• · Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to agreed schedules.
• · Respond quickly and effectively to reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs.
• Repair electrical faults across building systems.
• · Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and engineering standards.
• · Keep accurate maintenance records using a CAFM system (PDA device).

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.

• 12 hour days, 12 hours night.
