Practical information

  • Night and weekend shifts will attract enhanced salary enhancements.
  • As from 01/04/2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week.
  • Part Time hours will be reduced pro-rata.
  • The purpose of these roles is to maintain a clean, safe working environment for all areas of NHS Shetland in line with NHS Scotland national standards.
