Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer focuses on carry out planned preventative maintenance (ppm), fault finding, and repairs on production equipment.

What the role involves

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault finding, and repairs on production equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and implement effective solutions.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
• Assisting with installation, upgrades, and project work across the site.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health &.
• Liaise with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime.

Skills and requirements

• Electrically biased with strong mechanical understanding.
• Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic PLC fault-finding knowledge preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Confirmed role details

• Panama (4 on 4 off).
• As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency across the site.
• Working closely with the Engineering Supervisor and production teams, you will play a key role in delivering proactive and reactive maintenance support.
