What needs to be in place

• Install and repair plant as required and directed and act in a prompt and effective manner to all reactive maintenance issues and requests associated with site.
• Previous experience within building maintenance to include both mechanical, electrical and plumbing skills coupled with City and Guilds qualified or equivalent in electrical servic.
• Customer services experience and the ability to communicate at all levels.
