What the role involves

• Join a fast-paced, high-performing food manufacturing environment on a days-only shift pattern.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across production machinery and site equipment.
• Resolve electrical and mechanical faults across a range of automated equipment.
• Supporting continuous improvement projects focused on reliability, efficiency, safety, and food quality.
• Support operators on the safe and effective use of machinery.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance, compliance, and engineering documentation.

Skills and requirements

• Experience working with food manufacturing machinery.
• Check weighers, pumps, motors, AC/DC drives, and LV systems.
• Previous experience supporting operator training or machine-user best practice.

Candidate fit
