Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer focuses on carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

What the role involves

• Carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc).
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold).
• Update Log books.

Skills and requirements

• Electrically or Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Required).
• 18th Edition (Required if Electrical Bias).
• Electrical Testing - 2391 (Desirable).
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates.

• CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Multi-skilled Engineer to be based in a healthcare contract located in Sutton.
• 4 on 4 off days only 07:00 AM - 19:00 PM.
• Salary of £45,794.
• 24 days annual leave (+ public holidays).
