Multi Skilled Operative focuses on carry out day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties.

What the role involves

• Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs across a range of trades, ensuring a first-time fix wherever possible.
• Carry out patch plastering and make good following repair works.
• Carry out painting and decorating to reinstate areas after maintenance works.
• Ensure all repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards and SLAs.
• Work in occupied properties, maintaining a high level of customer care and respect for residents’ homes.

Skills and requirements

• Support additional trades alongside plastering works.

Confirmed role details

• Full Time Permanent.
• Salary up to £36,425.30 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card.
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
