Multi Skilled Tradesman focuses on strip-out of existing kitchens, bathrooms and internal finishes.

What the role involves

• Strip-out of existing kitchens, bathrooms and internal finishes.
• Carpentry works (doors, frames, boxing-in, minor joinery).
• Minor plumbing works (non-gas, non-electrical).
• Ensuring properties are left clean, safe and ready for handover.
• Work is primarily based across Croydon, Bromley, Orpington and Mitcham, with travel kept local where possible.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative or similar role.
• Strong all-round refurbishment experience.
• Confident working independently and managing daily tasks Onsite.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Sites: Dover, Folkestone, Maidstone, Croydon, Woolwich.
• We are recruiting on behalf of a growing construction and refurbishment contractor delivering residential upgrade and maintenance projects across South London.
• Due to continued project wins, they are looking to appoint an experienced Multi Trade Operative to support refurbishment works across occupied and void residential properties.
• This position focuses on stripping out and refurbishing existing accommodation, bringing properties back up to modern living standards.
