What the role involves

• Undertaking general plumbing works including repairs, maintenance, and fault finding.
• Completing multi-trade tasks where required, including.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with housing association requirements.
• Using a PDA system to manage jobs, complete reports.
• Maintaining compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant plumbing qualification (preferred).
• Previous experience working in social housing (preferred).
• Experience using a PDA or handheld job management system (beneficial).
• Must be able to pass a Basic DBS check.

Confirmed role details

• Multi-Trader to be based on a local housing association social housing contract in Brockley, South London (SE4).
• This is a full-time, permanent position, carrying out responsive repairs in occupied properties to a high standard.
• A basic salary of up to £38,000.
• 25 days holiday, increasing up to 30 days.
