Multiskilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer

This Cleaner opportunity is built around electrically biased trades person based on 2 x sites (UOL Bloomsbury and Moorgate) undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) installation and repair of mechanical & electr. It would suit someone who can bring supporting site-by-site logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.

All access training and PPE will be provided  To proactively work towards the continued success and support of the contract with a positive approach.  Duties will also include carrying out various non-specialist building fabric maintenance tasks.

What you would be doing

Electrically biased trades person based on 2 x sites (UOL Bloomsbury and Moorgate) undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) installation and repair of mechanical & electr. Including, but not limited to fault finding, test, repair and preventative maintenance of M + E building services equipment.  To close / update completed PPM tasks on the site computerised maintenance system as well as ABM systems and site’s hard copies.

What you need

• City & Guilds Level 3/NVQ - Building Services Engineering or Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent.
• City & Guilds 2391 Electrical Test & Inspection.
• HVAC & Building Services Engineering experience.
