Multiskilled Engineer Nights. Hours: 4 on 4 off 5pm-5amTo deliver and sustain the reliability agenda outlined by the Team Leader, providing first line support to all plant and process.
How support shows up
Maintaining the Engineering shift report for recording all breakdowns and activities. Continuously look for ways to design out the need for manual interventions such as repairs or maintenance routines. Create autonomous maintenance schedules as a first line of fault detection and train out to operations staff.

What needs to be in place
- Understanding of Engineering schematics (Mechanical/Electrical/Pneumatic/PI&D) and principles.
- Experience of working in a fast-moving food manufacturing environment.
- Excellent fault-finding skills (an understanding of lean tools and principles would be an advantage).

- Be an active team member in problem solving and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, using lean tools and techniques, having the ability to effectively communicate both ‘upward.
