Multiskilled HVAC Engineer focuses on to carry out mechanical remedial works.

What the role involves

• To carry out mechanical remedial works.
• To carry out planned maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules.
• Production of technical and situational reports as required.
• To always communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team and clients.
• To ensure that the Company is always presented in a good light.
• To escalate any major site issues or incidents to your line manager asap once noticed.

Skills and requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 HAVC/Air conditioning.
• Hot Water Systems and Safety Course G3 (Part G3 Building Regulations).
• Water regs & L8.

Confirmed role details

• Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
• 24/7 GP: Both you and your immediate family can speak to a UK-based GP from the comfort of your own home.

• Support: Online chat or telephone service for urgent support in a crisis.

Additional role context

• To Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on all M&E assets across site.
• Based at STN6 but may be asked to assist other nearby sites as required.
