Job description
This Multiskilled Shift Engineer role is focused on lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution). It would suit someone who can bring carry out planned or reactive electrical maintenance with safe, hands-on technical completion to the role.

City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition if electrically biasA proven track record in commercial or property maintenance. Multiskilled Shift Engineer - Bournemouth - 6 months FTC - £42K Are you Immediately Available and looking for a part-time role ?
Main responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution). Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning). UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings.

- Electrically or mechanically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates.

Job details
- 3 weekday evenings ( flexible ) hours 3pm- 10pm.
- CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Healthcare building in Bournemouth on a 6 month fix term contract.
- Have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Electrical and Mechanical building maintenance.
