What the role involves
- Self starter- Able to operate in a start-up business. Being able to identify what good looks like and strive to achieve it in everything that you do.
- Fault diagnosis and breakdown repairs of plant and site service equipment utilising Simple Problem Solving to drive 100-year fix mentality.
- Assisting in the development and delivery of Planned Maintenance and Maintenance requests.
- Carry out Risk Assessments on non-routine tasks.
- Writing of and continuous review of Engineering Technical documentation.
- Supporting and coach relevant employees in all aspects of shared maintenance and advising.
Skills and requirements
- Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi skilled).
- IEE 18th edition.
- Competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
- 25 days annual leave, plus 8 UK bank holidays.
Confirmed role details
- 41.25 hours per week, on a two-weekly rotating shift cycle as follows.
- Weekend coverage may be required depending on business needs and will be distributed fairly across teams, on a voluntary basis.
