Skills and requirements

• This is a challenging role for a candidate who has Nanny experience and is looking to join a small team of staff in an upbeat and dynamic private house environment.
• Will develop around the right candidate but the basics are that you must have your finger on the pulse, be proactive and take pride and ownership of your role.
• You must have the ability to discern and know when to manage a situation or leave for the parents to manage.
• You must have a clean driving licence and knowledge of driving in London (automatic car) and excellent spoken English.

Confirmed role details

• The family are extremely busy - both parents work full-time - and the children - ages ranging 5 to 17 all have hectic schedules and need a lot of support in terms of administration.
• Salary will be depending on experience to date.
• This role may be for a candidate who has the Nanny experience but is looking to study part-time or likes the flexibility of working part-time.

Additional role context

• Ideally you will have strong administration and scheduling skills as well as good time management.
• Both parents are very hands on and it is a close knit family but you will at times be in sole charge.
• Work - when the family are in residence - 7 out of 14 days but this will fluctuate depending on the parents' and children's schedules.
