National Key Accounts Manager focuses on we support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers.
What the role involves
- We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers.
- At Rubix UK we never settle when it comes to ensuring we continually provide a great service to our customers as well as a satisfying and rewarding career journey for our colleague.
- We work with some of the biggest names in the manufacturing sector to ensure they have the parts, spares, PPE and tools that they need to remain operational.
- Strategic direction and leadership of the relevant account portfolio to drive profitable growth that aligns to the corporate and portfolio strategy.
- Responsible for all aspects of customer relationship and account development, commercial management and cost saving initiatives for accounts of high complexity and/or scale.
- Communicate, execute strategic customer plans and, where appropriate, industry sector/segment plans to achieve profitable growth.
