Degree qualified in an engineering or other relevant subject. Experience working in client facing environment and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes. Valid NEC 3 or 4 qualifications. A successful track record of delivering infrastructure projects using the NEC 3 or 4 including control of the commercial, budget and finances. Experience of people management and working in diverse multi-disciplined teams Excellent verbal and written communications skills An ability to ‘see the bigger picture’ and understand the consequences of decisions. Flexible, agile, and adaptable self-starter, with a positive attitude, who can take the initiative.
A full UK driving licence APM/PMP or PRINCE 2 Practitioner Experience on Highway projects.
