• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through system design, configuration, and deployment.
• Analysing existing business processes and recommend improvements leveraging NetSuite capabilities.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities within NetSuite and related business processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices for IT services sector.
• Leading full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions.

Skills and requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing complex ERP projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator) preferred.
• Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and audit requirements in cloud ERP environments.
