Network Engineer

Network Engineer focuses on support internal and customer network environments throughout their lifecycle.

What the role involves

• Support internal and customer network environments throughout their lifecycle.
• Test and commission network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls and VPN environments.
• Analyse logs to identify trends or recurring issues.
• Maintaining network documentation, including configurations, schematics.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering and operations teams to maintain secure network access across multiple environments.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex network support issues.

Skills and requirements

• CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet certification or equivalent networking experience.
• Approximately five years’ experience supporting enterprise network environments.
• Candidates must be eligible to obtain UK security clearance.

Confirmed role details

• Office-based during the first 6 months (probation), with some flexibility thereafter.
• Redhill, Surrey, UK + up to 6 Days/Month Remote.
