Network Infrastructure Lead

Network Infrastructure Lead focuses on provide expert operational and technical support across enterprise network infrastructure services.

What the role involves

• Provide expert operational and technical support across enterprise network infrastructure services.
• Maintain, and improve network environments including switching, routing, wireless, and security platforms.
• Supporting the transition from Cisco networking technologies to HP Aruba solutions, including implementation and optimisation.
• Maintain Fortinet firewalls, ensuring secure and compliant network connectivity.
• Resolve complex incidents, completing root cause analysis and implementing preventative improvements.
• Supporting network design, planning, testing, and implementation of infrastructure changes and projects.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience working within a senior network infrastructure or network engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise networking environments across BAU and project settings.
• Experience with Fortinet firewalls and enterprise security technologies.
• Experience supporting Cisco networking environments, with knowledge of HP Aruba technologies highly desirable.

• Working as part of a wider Digital Services team, this role will focus on network operations, infrastructure projects, and service improvements across a complex hybrid environment.
