& Used Car Retail Manager focuses on support the sales manager in the day to day leadership of the sales department.

What the role involves

• Support the sales manager in the day to day leadership of the sales department.
• Inspire your team to deliver on our objectives through excellent customer service, driving with our ambition to drive the standard in customer care.
• Be responsible for delivering all results through a compliant and efficient approach to all aspects of the sales process.
• Develop the team to manage key areas such as test drives, prospecting and excellent physical and video presentations.
• Support your team to compliantly achieve business goals?

Skills and requirements

• Applicants must have a full valid manual driving licence held for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Do you have 2 years previous experience in a leadership role?
