This Newly Qualified Dentist role in South Lawn Terrace, Exeter practice A modern is focused on we have invested in the largest clinical support network in UK dentistry so you can get access to the advice and support you need. It would suit someone who can bring access to industry-leading central Support Centre; this includes experienced Marketing, Compliance, IT and Patient Support teams to the role.

What you would be doing
We have invested in the largest clinical support network in UK dentistry so you can get access to the advice and support you need. You can choose to have an in practice clinical mentor on hand to guide and support you for at least three days per week for your first six months. Supporting from an experienced team of local clinicians with specialisms in implants, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry.

What you need
- Team of 8 clinicians and supported by an experienced Practice Manager and qualified Dental Nurses.
- Fantastic earnings potential from a private and NHS mix that’s right for you, by year two on average our newly qualified dentists have achieved a 50 / 50 split between NHS and priv.
- You are joining the largest peer network in UK dentistry of over 3,000 dentists and you can choose to be connected with other newly qualified dentists who join mydentist at the sam.
Practical information
- Access to the Clinical Development Advisor for your location for support to develop your career and grow your revenue.
- With surgery available on either a full-time or part-time basis and we will work with you to agree on the hours you wish to work.
- With a UDA allocation, you will enjoy an NHS pension as well as access to NHS long term sick pay and NHS maternity / paternity / adoption pay.
- Choice of working hours and location to suit you when you join and into the future when things change. Opportunity to consider hours that will work around DCT placements.
