The position is for 1.0 FTE (37) per week over a Monday to Friday working pattern. An exciting opportunity has become available to work within National House Project Team in Cheshire East.

How the role works day to day

As part of the role, you will oversee day‑to‑day delivery, performance monitoring, and quality assurance of the project. Lead the design, development, and delivery of a Local House Project, working intensively with children in care and care leavers to support them in preparing for independence and se. Provide strong leadership and direction to a specialist team, ensuring high‑quality, safe, and youth‑centred practice at all times.

  • Experience of multi‑agency working and managing complex projects or services.
  • Extensive knowledge of working with care‑experienced young people and care leavers.
