NHS Contracts Manager
NHS Contracts Manager focuses on develop contract documentation, key performance indicators (kpis), indicative activity plans (iaps), and service specifications.
What the role involves
- Develop contract documentation, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), indicative activity plans (IAPs), and service specifications.
- Resolve issues, and implement contract variations when necessary.
- Analysing contract performance against KPIs, IAPs and SLAs, flagging and addressing underperformance.
- Coordinating and attend contract review meetings with providers and internal stakeholder.
- Collaborate with commissioning, clinical, finance, and legal teams to ensure integrated contract oversight.
- Supporting budget holders and finance teams in aligning contract values with financial plans.
Skills and requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
Confirmed role details
- Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm - 40 hours.
- Remote with nationwide travel as required, including to Keys Health Office (Nettleham, Lincolnshire).
- Employer’s pension contribution above minimum.
