NHS Contracts Manager focuses on develop contract documentation, key performance indicators (kpis), indicative activity plans (iaps), and service specifications.

What the role involves

  • Develop contract documentation, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), indicative activity plans (IAPs), and service specifications.
  • Resolve issues, and implement contract variations when necessary.
  • Analysing contract performance against KPIs, IAPs and SLAs, flagging and addressing underperformance.
  • Coordinating and attend contract review meetings with providers and internal stakeholder.
  • Collaborate with commissioning, clinical, finance, and legal teams to ensure integrated contract oversight.
  • Supporting budget holders and finance teams in aligning contract values with financial plans.

Skills and requirements

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.

Confirmed role details

  • Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm - 40 hours.
  • Remote with nationwide travel as required, including to Keys Health Office (Nettleham, Lincolnshire).
  • Employer’s pension contribution above minimum.
