What the role involves
- Our residents, offering support, maintaining dignity and assisting them to enjoy every day living in our Homes.
- To ensure the Home and all its services function in accordance with company policy and the National Care Standards Commission requirements, including the responsibility of managing.
- To undertake a variety of care and housekeeping duties whilst promoting dignity, privacy and encouraging the independence of residents.
- To ensure that domestic tasks within the home are carried out to meet required health and safety standards.
- Be leading a great care team from the front.
- Maintain the day-to-day efficiency of the home.
Skills and requirements
- Level 3 Diploma in Care.

- First class in house training provided from day one.
Confirmed role details
- 9.30pm to 7.30am.
