Night Manager focuses on handling late guest check-ins, early check-outs, and room allocations/ upgrades through the property management system (pms).

What the role involves

• Handling late guest check-ins, early check-outs, and room allocations/ upgrades through the Property Management System (PMS).
• Perform night audits, including fire, health and safety, security, and compliance checks.
• Provide a thorough shift handover.
• Ensure breakfast service preparation is completed.
• Evacuate the property in case of fire alarm activation, following company procedures.
• Access to the Employee Assistance Program with Hospitality Action.

Confirmed role details

• Mainly Weekend nights with variation for cover.
• Maintain the smooth operation of the property outside key trading hours.
• As a Night Manager at Heartwood Collection, you'll ensure the safety and well-being of our guests during overnight stays.
• Be responsible for delivering exceptional guest care while ensuring that health and safety standards are met.
