Night Porter / Auditor

The Night Porter position centres on to oversee the smooth running of the car parking areas, organise car valeting, reserve parking spaces where necessary and ensure car keys are stored securely and accessibly. It would suit someone who can bring to ensure the hotel’s promise of a 24 hour service is fulfilled by deputising for Housekeeping, Food and Beverage and Kitchen Department as per agreed standards to the role.

To oversee the smooth running of the car parking areas, organise car valeting, reserve parking spaces where necessary and ensure car keys are stored securely and accessibly. To ensure guests arriving and leaving the building are greeted and helped in a professional, courteous way. To act in a pro-active and efficient way when handling and storing luggage on arrival and departure.

To ensure the hotel’s promise of a 24 hour service is fulfilled by deputising for Housekeeping, Food and Beverage and Kitchen Department as per agreed standards. Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the highest level of customer service. House activities, conferences and functions taking place in the hotel each evening/night.

What the role depends on
