• Keeping records, equipment, vehicles, or work areas accurate and safe during the shift.
• Leadership of own team circa 20 colleagues.
• Drives process change and improvements whilst maintaining Health & Safety as a priority and developing standard operational process ensuring accuracy of stock is optimised.

• Relevant licence, warehouse, driving, stock, or operations experience may be required.

• Shift Recycling First Line Manager focuses on handle stock, goods, deliveries, routes, checks, or dispatch activity according to the role focus.
• We are seeking a Permanent, First Line Manager to work in our Recycling unit on our night shift.

• This is a new site requiring policies, procedures, SSOW and routines to be understood and refined.
