What the role involves

• Leading a night shift production team, ensuring workload, materials, and resources are effectively planned to meet production targets.
• Tack and weld components to a high-quality standard in line with engineering drawings.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and housekeeping within the production area.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Health & Safety processes, procedures, and future legislation.
• Manage, and control day-to-day production to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Supporting the Production Supervisor to deliver.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.

• 4 Day Week Monday – Wednesday 3:45pm to 2:15am and Thursday 3:45pm to 1:15am.
