What the role involves

• Support on shift to promote best practice.
• Record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
• Reporting changes in residents needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation.

Skills and requirements

• Experience working with older people in residential care.
• Have completed or working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent).
• Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.

Confirmed role details

• Full and Part Time available.
• 20:00-08:00 (includes alternative weekends).
