What the role involves
- Support on shift to promote best practice.
- Record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
- Reporting changes in residents needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation.
Skills and requirements
- Experience working with older people in residential care.
- Have completed or working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent).
- Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.
Confirmed role details
- Full and Part Time available.
- 20:00-08:00 (includes alternative weekends).
