Chill & Freeze operative focuses on picking on the grid in a chilled environment (2-5 degrees) using an ept (electric pump truck) & headset to pick correct orders into designated cages.

What the role involves

• Picking on the grid in a chilled environment (2-5 degrees) using an EPT (Electric pump truck) & headset to pick correct orders into designated cages.
• Others areas of work could include loading, milk and bread sections.

Confirmed role details

• Freeze night shift pickers for one of our long standing clients.
• Freeze night picker looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
• Picking in a freeze environment ( up to -27 degress) using MHE to pick correct orders and pallets to be taken to correct location for dispatch.
• £13.32 while training. Post training rates - Chill £15.45 & Freeze £16.67.
