Role: Locum Consultant Psychiatrist – Adult CMHT
Setting: Established community mental health team
Location: South Wales
Caseload: Approx. 55,000 catchment, structured CMHT with care coordinators
Work: Community clinics, MDT working, clinical leadership role
Support: Full MDT plus dedicated admin and secretarial support
Hours: 10 PA equivalent, flexible working considered
