Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

Candidate fit

• Strong numeracy skills and a good understanding of the secondary maths curriculum.
• Experience working with young people (school-based or tutoring).
• The ability to build positive relationships and motivate students.
