Nurse Trainer

Nurse Trainer focuses on assisting in the support of training new starters into pagination 12 week probation period.

What the role involves

• Assisting in the support of training New Starters into pagination 12 week probation period.
• Maintain training reference guidelines, how to docs etc.
• Supporting with the use of internal AI systems (i.e MeRMIADD) for new starters and Nurse Analysts.
• Serve as mentor and role model to nursing staff, fostering a culture of professional development and life long learning.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience in NHS practice.
• 6-12 months broad experience of working in pagination.

Confirmed role details

• Hybrid policy – Able to travel to one of the office locations (Manchester, Southport, Liverpool, Leeds).
• Internal applicants 6 months secondment, external fixed term.
• 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
• Teaching skills to ensure nurses are equipped to deliver high quality products.
