Skills and requirements
- Willing to work towards a recognised childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3).
- No formal qualifications required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Understanding of safeguarding is beneficial but not essential.
