Supporting and lead a team of nursery practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education. Handling any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive nursery atmosphere. Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as record keeping, staffing rotas, and resource management.

What is expected
- Proven experience in a supervisory or deputy management role within a nursery setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to plan and organize daily nursery operations efficiently.
Job details
- 28 days holiday per year including time at Easter and Christmas.
- Additional days holiday for your birthday! If your birthday falls on a weekend, a day around the weekend will be given.
- One extra day’s holiday per year increasing with each year of service.
- In house training and opportunities to complete further courses and qualifications paid for by Blossom Tree.
