This Nursery Key Worker opportunity is built around staffing that’s over-ratio to ensure that our children have the best care and start to their educational journeys. It would suit someone who can bring is able to work closely with the Teacher to make a positive difference to attainment and progress to the role.

How the role works day to day
Staffing that’s over-ratio to ensure that our children have the best care and start to their educational journeys. Can use their own initiative and work independently. Supporting young children through safe routines, communication, and lesson-by-lesson early years care.
What helps in this setting
Is able to work closely with the Teacher to make a positive difference to attainment and progress. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is patient, organised, nurturing and calm.
Practical details
- 08:30 - 15:30 Monday - Friday, Term-Time only.
- All successful candidates will be subject to Disclosure and Barring Service checks along with other relevant pre-employment checks, including a Section 128 Check where appropriate.
