Nursery Manager focuses on an experienced and qualified nursery manager or experience deputy nursery manager to join a purpose built nursery setting, built in late 2023, based in crowland.

Skills and requirements

• An experienced and qualified Nursery Manager or experience Deputy Nursery Manager to join a purpose built nursery setting, built in late 2023, based in Crowland.
• A full and relevant level 3 (or above) childcare qualification.
• To be able to work a flexible rota between 7:30am-6pm Monday to Friday.
• At least 2-3 years experience working in a similar role.

Confirmed role details

• £32,000 to £40,000 salary (dependent on experience and qualifications).
• Have the support of the ownership and a team of 14 staff (10 full-time/4part-time), including a Deputy Manager, Room Leaders, and a full-time Chef!
• 28 days holiday, including bank holidays, plus additional time off during the Christmas closure.
