Skills and requirements

• Working a 40 hour week, our clients are offering up to £46k depending on experience, with great benefits being offered too.
• Childcare qualification (full and relevant).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years’ in a management or team-leading role.
• Experience leading or supporting Ofsted inspections.
