Nursery Manager
Job description
The Nursery Manager position centres on overseeing safeguarding, compliance, health and safety and operational standards. It would suit someone who can bring build strong parent partnerships and maintain clear communication to the role.
How the role is set up
The nursery is located close to the town centre as well as the A322 and M3, and states that it serves families in the Lightwater area. Open 51 weeks of the year, 7:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Where someone would start
Overseeing safeguarding, compliance, health and safety and operational standards. Leading the overall day-to-day operation of the nursery. Monitoring quality across rooms and support continuous improvement.
What helps someone build confidence
Build strong parent partnerships and maintain clear communication. This role would suit an existing Nursery Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up into a broader leadership position. Warm, reliable, and clear in communication.
What is expected
- Previous leadership experience within a nursery setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and nursery compliance.
