Job description
The Nursery Practitioner position centres on delivering rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop. It would suit someone who can bring a fantastic setting where children's welfare and development is paramount and delivered in an environment which is safe, warm, friendly and mentally stimulating to the role.
How the role is set up
Over a 4 year period the setting went from them working alone and caring for 6 children to creating a nursery environment employing 4 assistants and caring for over 25 children. The nearest train station is a 2 minute walk away!
