This Nursery Practitioner opportunity is built around building and maintaining positive relationships with children and families. It would suit someone who can bring a positive, caring individual with a genuine passion for Early Years education to the role.
How the role is set up
Be supporting children aged 0–5, creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where they can learn and grow through play. Teaching Personnel is searching for passionate and empathetic Nursery Practitioners to join a welcoming nursery in Gloucester.
Where someone would start
Building and maintaining positive relationships with children and families. Facilitating engaging, sensory and play‑based activities that meet children’s developmental needs. Supporting children’s play, learning and emotional development throughout the day.

A positive, caring individual with a genuine passion for Early Years education. Easy digital admin and communication through the myTP app.
What is expected
- Managing paid media campaigns, reporting, and lesson-by-lesson account priorities across relevant channels.
- Experience supporting young children (0–5) in nurseries, preschools, nannying, playwork, youth clubs, or family care.
- Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification is desirable but not essential.
Job details
- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
- Additional detail: Weekly pay may be available.
