Nursery Practitioner Level 2
Job description
As a Nursery Practitioner Level 2, the work centres on track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments. It would suit someone who can bring warm, reliable, and clear in communication to the role.
How the role is set up

Where someone would start
Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments. Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families. Assisting in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.

Warm, reliable, and clear in communication.
What is expected
- Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
- You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
- Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
