Nursery Practitioner focuses on we are a paper-based setting and while caring for all our children constantly, carry out special observations on 10% of the room occupancy each week.

  • We are a paper-based setting and while caring for all our children constantly, carry out special observations on 10% of the room occupancy each week.
  • We are looking to immediately recruit experienced practitioners who are enthusiastic, hardworking, and caring individuals to come and work with us.

Skills and requirements

  • Candidates need to be qualified to minimum of level 2 in childcare, although potential apprentices that show promise will be considered.

Confirmed role details

  • Nursery Practitioner Full Time Position Available.
  • S available will be based upon Full Time hours working 40 hours per week, across all 5 days or 4 days with a day off.
  • Day off each year on your birthday.
  • 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.

Candidate fit

  • patience, safeguarding awareness, EYFS understanding, and clear family communication

  • As we are forever growing in occupancy, we are thrilled to be expanding our team further.
  • We have currently re-vamped all our rooms to follow the lines of the Curiosity Approach, which goes hand in hand with in the moment planning.
  • We have recently started The Curiosity Approach accreditation and are one of the only Nurseries in the county to offer this approach to learning and teaching.
