This Nursery Practitioner SEN opportunity in Early Years is built around providing individualised support in line with the child’s Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). It would suit someone who can bring warm, reliable, and clear in communication to the role.

Essential Requirements:Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent). Support and engage all children in the room when appropriate.

Provide individualised support in line with the child’s Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Supporting the child’s learning, communication, and development through play-based activities. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high-quality learning environment.
